The Red Rock Canyon Visitor Center can be seen from the entrance to the Conservation Area where the Fee Booth is located. Fees for automobile drivers is $5 and for motorcycles is $2. Bicyclists and walkers are free.

The Visitor Center offers a gift and book shop featuring many unique southwest themed gifts. The Center also has information about recreational hikes and programs offered and information and interpretation about the wildlife, vegetation, geology and history of the area. You can even adopt a real tortoise there if you qualify!

Restrooms, a drinking fountain and beverage dispensers are located at the Visitor Center as well.

The Visitor Center and Book and Gift Store are open daily except on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day. The Visitor Center/Book and Gift Store schedule is 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
