Aliante Station
At the intersection of Aliante Parkway and the 215 will be the new Aliante Station on a 40-acre site, scheduled to open in December 2008. The owners are a 50/50 partnership between subsidiaries of Station Casinos, Inc. and the Greenspun Corporation. Visit www.stationcasinos.com

Centennial Hills Hospital Medical Center
Located on Durango between the 215 and the 95. The $100 million project offers 354,000 square feet, eight stories and 165 beds to provide a range of health care services. Visit: www.centennialhillshospital.com

Great Mall of Las Vegas
A $750 million, 1.6 million-square foot, three-story indoor shopping plaza that includes retail stores, ofices, movie theaters a park and condominum units. Located at the intersection of Deer Springs Way and Grand Montecito Parkway at the 95. View Great Mall Site Plan

Centennial Hills Community Center
The Community Center and Master Planned Complex is growing toward completion. The facilities house a 98,000 square foot community center and Adult Center. A library is planned and police station.
