Ethnic Express Folk Dancing
Join other dancers at the Charleston Heights Art Center at 800 Brush Street every Wednesday from 6:30 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. to learn traditional dances from other countries like Russia, Israel, Greece, China, Bulgaria and many more. Youth Wheelchair Tennis
For ages 5-18, youths with physical disabilities will be provided with sports specific wheelchairs for the events they'd like to participate in. Begins Tuesday, September 9th and runs every Tuesday from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. $5 per multi-week session. A clown performance will be followed by face painting at the East Las Vegas Community/Senior Center at 250 North Eastern Avenue from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Danise Payne, a graduate of Ringling Bros. and Barnum Clown College and the first black woman to perform as a clown with the show will be on hand to answer questions.
