The Ethel M Chocolate Factory Tour, located in Henderson, is fun for Las Vegas tourists and residents alike. Forrest Mars, Sr., the founder of the famous Mars candy company (and creator of the Milky Way bar) began Ethel M, named for his mother. The factory in Henderson allows visitors to see the chocolate process from start to finish via live action and explanatory placards and TV video.

The Ethel M Factory is open daily from 8:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., and admission is free for an unguided tour. Try to go during the week, or at least call ahead to make sure the chocolate line is operational, so you can see the chocolate work in action. (If you go when the line is closed, the chocolate lounge is still open. And you'll still get free samples!)
