Las Vegas Animal Shelters
Homeless Pets in Las Vegas

by Heather Rawlinson
for About.com

There's no denying that pets hold a special place in the households of many families across the Las Vegas valley, but those animals that still don't have a forever home need just as much love and attention.

Many animal shelters in Las Vegas strive to make life as comfortable as they can, so please be sure to check with a shelter first when you and your family have decided to adopt a new member.

Always call ahead to double check hours of operation, materials needed for adoption, and adoption fees.
