Las Vegas 4th of July Fireworks

Few places have better Independence Day fireworks displays than Las Vegas. While many municipalities across the country are limited simply to city run, tax payer funded 4th of July Celebrations, we Las Vegans are blessed with the Casinos. There we can play a few hands of blackjack, lay a wager on our favorite baseball team, take in any number of amazing shows and we are also the lucky recipients of corporate funded fireworks extravaganzas for the 4th of July. To keep up with the big boys on the Strip, Henderson and Boulder City both have extraordinary fireworks displays of their own. Here is my roundup of all the 4th of July fireworks shows in Las Vegas.

Station Casinos' 4th of July Blast.

A long standing Las Vegas tradition, the Station Casinos' Fourth of July Blast will once again shine down on Southern Nevada. This nine minute show will feature fireworks exploding simultaneously over five of the Stations properties including Aliante Station, Green Valley Ranch, Fiesta Rancho, Texas Station and Red Rock Resort.

Set to go off sometime after 9:00 PM, the 4th of July Blast is one of my favorites. Regardless of where in the Valley you are, you are likely close to one of the Station Casinos, making it a truly inclusive Independence Day celebration. Read More.

Las Vegas 51s' Firework's Extravaganza

What is more American than baseball, hot-dogs and fireworks? If you shrugged and said not much then the annual Las Vegas 51s Fireworks Extravaganza is for you and the family. For nearly 30 years baseball has been played in North Vegas at Cashman Field and for many of those years they've celebrated America's Birthday. This year the Las Vegas 51s welcome the Tuscon Padres in on Wednesday July 4th. Read More.

Henderson's 4th of July Celebration

Once again Las Vegas' biggest suburb will celebrate America's birthday with one of the Valley's best fireworks shows. Known throughout Las Vegas as one of the best family events of the year, Henderson's 4th of July Celebration is the best place to grab a blanket, a picnic basket and the kiddies and watch the sun set and the sky light up

This years event will once again take place on July 4th at the Basic High School Football Field. Join the community, tell the neighbors and get the whole family together and celebrate the true meaning of the 4th of July. Read More.

Boulder City Damboree Celebration Fireworks

Featuring a pancake breakfast, a parade, a legendary water fight, games, booths and concession stands and of course fireworks the Boulder City Damboree Celebration remains one of the best ways to celebrate Independence Day in the Las Vegas Valley.

Each year on the 4th of July the Las Vegas "suburb" of Boulder City hosts the Boulder City Damboree Celebration. This year commemorates its 64th year with the catchphrase "Preserving Our Past to Educate the Future."Built in the 1930's to house and entertain the men building the Hoover Dam, Boulder City remains a quaint slice of Americana that is often difficult to find in modern, noisy and neon illuminated Las Vegas. Caesar's Palace Fireworks

Always known as a top notch display of light and fire, the 4th of July fireworks display at Caesar's Palace is usually the last one of the night. As befits Caesar himself, this show is launched from high atop the Roman tower and blasts skyward. Grab a table on Margaritaville's third floor balcony for a great view. Make sure to get a picture with the bartender Marc, but prepare to point your finger at the camera.
