Food Trucks rule. Not only are they hip, trendy and nouveau, but over the past couple of years have upped their game to compete, if not beat, more traditional non-wheeled food purveyors. In my first article on Las Vegas Food Trucks I tackled some of the more well known and diverse mobile food sellers. However, my tasty culinary research quickly led me to realize that I had barely tapped the surface of this most tasty restaurant sub-category.
To that end I bring you more Great Las Vegas Food Trucks. These places have attitude and pizazz, tastes galore and risqué employees and clientèle. So when sampling the various wares know this, the experience is much better and greater and more tastebud-a-riffic than your normal lunchtime trip to the commissary at work or the nearby chain restaurant. Enjoy with caution.
Having recently spawned the Hollywood California brick and mortar restaurant of the same name the Fuku Burger truck is not, in point of fact, telling you to do something rude and improbable to yourself. Fuku means lucky in Japanese and when you bite inot one of their burgers, cooked with local fresh beef and an Asian flair, you will truly feel ready to win a few hands at the tables.

Rib Eye and Cheese Whiz mixed on one fantabulous sandwich? What more could you ask for. Well at Foodlsingers, yet another mobile hot spot of tasty grub to be found on the byways of Las Vegas, you can also dine on Hawaiian Slingers or the Bacon BBQ chicken Slinger. Can you say YUM? Check out their Menu and Schedule here.

Asian Fusion meets home made buns. sounds amazing, but these guys schedule is so erratic and their various websites and social media chock full of errors and dead links that it makes it truly difficult to find these guys and taste their bunz. I only include it due to a friends recommendation. If you know these guys please, please see if they'll send me more info.

Billed as Las Vegas' first wing truck, Sin City Wings is so much more. While various chain wing restaurants are content to stick with the same old same old of sauces, these guys are truly adventurous. Check out The Feinberg for a sweet and spicy hint of apricot. For a side try the Buffalo Potstickers. Check out their Menu and Schedule and you may never go to a brick and mortar wing hut again.

For me this place may be the Holy Grail of food trucks. Grilled cheese sandwiches are every kids favorite, save those poor souls who are lactose intolerant, and while most of us abandon them as we reach maturity the folks at Muncheeze have created masterpieces of cheese and bread. Try the Chi chi and the Sassperilla. Check out their Menu and Schedule

If nothing else you've gotta admire the audacity and sense of humor of the folks who run Sausagefest. Not only descriptive, the name dredges up hilarious images of some of our worst bar going experiences. The lack of a true website makes it difficult to see their wares or their schedule, but keep your eyes on their twitter page for info.
