
Well friends and random bystanders Thanksgiving, the yummiest holiday on the calendar, is this Thursday, November 24th and Las Vegas is one of the best places to celebrate. With great restaurants, amazing shows and top notch entertainment, Las Vegas is a great place to entertain out of town guests.
This year there are numerous ways to spend the long weekend. For those not in the mood to slave away in the kitchen this year, their are numerous Thanksgiving Day dining options, both at Casino Resorts and at Stand Alone Restaurants. From budget pricing to ultra chic dining options, Las Vega has it all.

If the NFL games are your main priority there are plenty of places to catch the Turkey Day games and chomp down on some turducken. From Vegas' famous Sportsbooks to local bars themed to your favorite team, Sin City is truly a mecca of sports viewing.
Unless you're a stick in the mud all of us know that we're going to gain a bit of weight on Thanksgiving. But fret not fellow Vegas-onians, the city is chock full of active things to do to jump start us out of the inevitable food coma. Some of the best are Ziplining at Bootleg Canyon and Hiking at Red Rocks.
Close out the weekend with one of the numerous Las Vegas shows. From Cirque to Absinthe and The Lion King, Las Vegas has a show for everyone.
Whatever you do, get out there have fun, eat some great food and show thanks. Volunteer or donate some money. It's a holiday about be thankful for what we have and helping out those less fortunate than ourselves. Be safe and have fun.
