Brandon Flowers, the lead singer of the Killers, pays tribute to his hometown of Las Vegas in his latest solo album. "I feel a responsibility to represent where I'm from, to defend it. It's a place that a lot of people loathe (but which) I can't help but love it," said Flowers of Sin City to the Philippine Star.
Flowers released his album "Flamingo" this month, which features a song titled "Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas." Flowers, 29, also said he has fond memories of buying records in downtown Las Vegas. What do you think of Flowers' solo effort? Share your comments below.
