Should Hula-Hoops Be Banned?

With rampant unemployment and half-finished construction projects such as the Fontainebleau, the city of Las Vegas is taking matters into its own hands... and considering a ban on Hula-Hoops. The city council may ban Hula-Hoops on the Fremont Street Experience because of traffic disruptions. The full board will hear the bill restricting Hula-Hoops and other activities on the pedestrian mall on Aug. 18. What do you think? Should Sin City ban Hula-Hoops? Share your comments below.
