Snow in Las Vegas

Snow is definitely one of the last things you'd expect to see in Las Vegas, but residents in the northwest area woke up to a fun surprise this morning!
Snow fall began around 7:00 a.m. and as of 1:00 p.m. is still coming down in fat, fluffy flakes with close to two inches of accumulation.
Unusual weather in Las Vegas (meaning, anything besides hot) is always hit or miss. This snow was first predicted for last Tuesday but as is usually the case it got pushed back to this past weekend. Normally it just disappears off the radar altogether!
