Las Vegas Veterans Day Parade

Monday November 10, 2008
The Stars and Stripes Foundation will be hosting a Veterans Day parade tomorrow in Las Vegas to honor more than 60 soldiers from the Wounded Warrior Project.

The parade will begin at 10:00 a.m. at Gass Street and will make its way along Fourth Street to the entrance of the Fremont Street Experience. The public is encouraged to attend to show their support for wounded veterans. It's expected to be one of the largest Veterans Day parades in the nation, with several high-ranking military officials also in attendance.

The Stars and Stripes Foundation raises money for the Wounded Warrior Project to help traumatically injured service men and women.
