OJ Gets an Extended Vegas Vacation

Saturday October 4, 2008
It's big news across the valley this morning that OJ Simpson has been found guilty on all counts of the 12 charges against him, including conspiracy to commit a crime, robbery, assault and kidnapping with a deadly weapon. He could likely spend the rest of his life in the Clark County Detention Center.

In September 2007, Simpson and some friends allegedly broke into a room at the Palace Station hotel with the intention to steal some sports memorabilia and ended up in an armed confrontation.

And would you believe, the verdicts came 13 years to the day that a Los Angeles, California, jury acquitted Simpson of the murders of his ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend, Ronald Goldman.

What do you think? Was the jury too harsh or did he get what he deserves?

(1) Tom says:

It’s much like having someone speed past you on the freeway at 100 mph, and you hope he’ll get caught for being an idiot and endangering everyone around him. Then a few miles down the road you see he was stopped by a highway patrolman and you feel elated justice does get served every now and again.

It took way too long to put the arrogant murderer away, but he pushed his arrogance around just once too often, and justice finally caught up with him. Bye bye, O.J. Have a nice day.
